Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 2 years experience with children under 13, including 1 year in supervision.
• Credentials listed above qualify; multiple paths exist for eligibility.
• Must pass a full background check and clearances.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: recruit, hire, onboard site staff across locations and coach directors.
• Enrollment & program quality: monitor enrollment, ensure engaging activities, assist families.
• Licensing compliance: maintain active state licensing, keep records current, trainings up to date.
• Partnerships: be primary HKP contact with school staff, build strong relationships and resolve issues.
