Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs seeks a Multi-Site Childcare Director to oversee after-school programs at two Vermont locations. This hybrid leadership + hands-on role involves supporting Site Directors, working with children to maintain staffing ratios, and ensuring high-quality programming with regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staffing, enrollment, and daily operations across sites, with a focus on program quality, compliance with VT DCF, and smooth operations while advancing staff development

Qualifications

• Experience leading after-school or youth programs (preferred).
• Knowledge of VT DCF regulations or licensing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engaging programming across sites and alignment with Healthy Kids Curriculum.
• Conduct regular site visits and coach Site Directors and staff.
• Maintain safe, inclusive, and enriching environments; ensure licensing readiness.
