Job summary

Pinnacle Services is seeking a Residential Program Director to lead community-based residential programs in Minnesota. You will supervise managers, manage budgets and ensure compliance with state and licensing regulations across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling coordination, and direct care oversight with a focus on person-centered approaches and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Three years supervisory experience in a program providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
• Must possess a degree or credential per DHS Designated Manager requirements.
• Experience overseeing DHS licensing processes and program budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, training, and supervision to assigned residential programs.
• Coordinate staff scheduling for multiple sites and ensure service delivery quality.
• Ensure compliance with DHS, 245D, and CARF licensing regulations.
• Supervise Residential Program Managers and report to Residential Program Administrator.
• Recruit, hire, and train program staff in coordination with HR.
• Manage admissions, program planning, and budget execution.
• Maintain relationships with external team members and finance.
