Job summary

Pinnacle Services in Minnesota seeks a Residential Program Director to lead Community Residential Services across Golden Valley, New Hope, and other Twin Cities sites. You will supervise program managers, coordinate staff schedules, ensure DHS, 245D, and CARF compliance, and drive quality improvement aligned with our mission to support individuals with diverse needs.

The role involves budgeting, policy implementation, on-call coverage, and collaboration with Finance and Human Resources to ensure

Qualifications

• Minnesota driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to work flexible hours and locations; provide direct care.
• Experience using Therap.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in care or education for vulnerable populations.
• Meet DHS Designated Manager requirements via degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, training, and supervision to community-based residential programs.
• Coordinate staff scheduling across multiple sites to ensure service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DHS, 245D, and CARF licensing regulations.
• Manage admissions, program planning, and policy development.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff; coordinate with HR for employment law compliance.
• Oversee budgets and coordinate with Finance for accounts and payroll.
• Serve as emergency contact and on-call weekend rotation; support sites as needed.
