Job summary

Pinnacle Services, Inc. is hiring a Residential Program Manager to oversee daily operations at a Metro Minnesota site. The role blends direct care oversight with administrative duties and requires weekend/on-call responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will have direct care experience, supervisory background, and familiarity with Therap. The position is full-time and on-site, with competitive benefits and a focus on person-centered supports for individuals with disabilities or mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least one year of direct care experience in a 245D licensed setting.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Experience using Therap is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and program service delivery, including medication administration and coordination of medical appointments.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with DHS/245D licensing and service delivery requirements.

Baccalaureate degree in human services/education/health

Associate degree in human services/education/health
