Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in a related human services field and at least one year of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience.
• Alternative: high school diploma with four years of experience in developmental disabilities services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff supervision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of an assigned program.
• Supervise the Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; establish performance expectations.
• Develop and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) reflecting person-centered approaches.
• Coordinate medication administration, healthcare services, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in budgeting and administrative reporting; monitor funds.
• Engage families, guardians, providers, and community stakeholders to support residents.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support to maintain program operations.
