You will manage notices, contact residents, document moves, and report to clients and project teams, while maintaining compliance with regulations and maintaining thorough relocation files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and related social services experience.
• Experience in relocation or social services is preferred.
• Ability to translate or interpret as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and stakeholders.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site setup and manage relocation files and vendor identification.
• Survey residents to understand relocation needs and preferences.
• Inventory tenant belongings, noting large furniture and safety issues.
• Facilitate meetings and discuss relocation rights and benefits.
• Provide relocation counseling and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relocation data, reports, and documentation.
• Serve as liaison among residents, property management, clients, and vendors.
• Oversee moves, utility disconnections/reconnections, and change of address forms.
• Ensure units meet safety/decent standards before offering as relocation units.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to project managers.
