Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience in relocation or social services beneficial.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under time constraints.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk long distances as needed.
• Experience working with diverse populations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily relocation tasks at multiple sites, coordinating with residents and vendors.
• Survey residents to understand relocation needs and preferences.
• Maintain relocation files, data tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide relocation counseling in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate moves, utility changes, and change-of-address forms as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Housing Opportunities, property management, clients, and residents.
• Prepare notices, conduct site inspections, and ensure safety standards.
