Job summary

Morgan Properties, LP is seeking a proactive Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee operations and financial performance across apartment communities. You will lead the on-site team, manage leasing and renewals, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance and property standards.

The role emphasizes driving occupancy, supervising maintenance, and coordinating capital improvements, with a strong focus on results and resident services across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record if traveling between properties.
• ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certifications are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team management and staffing decisions.
• Manage property financials, budgets, and cost controls.
• Drive leasing and renewal efforts to maintain high occupancy.
• Oversee maintenance operations and capital projects.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state Fair Housing laws and company policies.
