Job summary

Morgan Properties, LP is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee two or more apartment communities and hold Regional Manager responsibilities for at least one asset. The role emphasizes leadership, resident service, and financial performance across locations.

You will direct operations, leasing, budgeting, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. A licensed real estate professional with strong communication and team- management skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related property management experience
• Experience managing multiple properties and supervising teams
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting knowledge
• Property/Real Estate license as required by state or local regulations
• Licenses such as ARM/CAM/CAPS/MPM/RMP preferred
• Valid driver’s license and travel between properties
