Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years of related property management experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple properties and supervising management and maintenance staff.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and operational controls knowledge.

• Manage on-site personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and compliance.
