Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds and common areas, diagnose issues, and complete work orders. You’ll perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, track materials, and document work performed while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certifications required.
• OSHA and safety training as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Makes vacant homes ready for leasing and move-ins by inspecting and coordinating tasks.
• Maintains materials, inventories, and completes paperwork for service requests.
• Assists in grounds upkeep and minor repairs to control costs.
• Supports safety, inspections, and vendor coordination as needed.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property

Bilingual English/Spanish (nice to have)
