Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and perform make-ready tasks for vacant units while coordinating with vendors and tracking inventory.

Responsibilities include completing documentation, following safety procedures, and assisting with maintenance across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience handling maintenance work orders and repairs.
• Familiarity with the make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and field procedures.
• Ability to document work and track materials efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Perform make-ready tasks for leasing and move-ins with punch lists.
• Track inventory and restock materials for maintenance.
• Document service requests and inspections accurately.
