Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders, make-ready tasks, inventory management, and routine inspections to support high-quality living environments.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with policies and safety standards.
• Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting work.
• Follows procedures to access and obtain materials from the property maintenance department, tracks inventory, and notifies when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork so service requests are documented and tracked.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and performing related tasks.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and using tools and materials efficiently.
