Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at communities, including service requests, inspections, and safety compliance. The role partners with the Community Manager to manage staff and vendors, ensuring timely and quality make-ready and service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high levels of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage inventory and office supplies within budget; maintain maintenance shop.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to maintenance staff; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and coordinate with Community Manager.
