Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a maintenance team across assigned properties, ensuring timely repairs, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.

You will manage the make-ready process, coordinate with vendors, and ensure units are ready for leasing within five business days of move-out. A strong background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of oversight of maintenance buildings and team members.
• Requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification required within six months of employment (Pennrose provides this certification).
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff; diagnose problems and perform replacements/repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Lead make-ready process for vacant units; schedule vendors and complete maintenance tasks within five business days of move-out.
• Ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas are painted, cleaned, and ready per guidelines; hands-on painting/cleaning as needed.
• Prepare for inspections (Owner, Federal, State, local) and maintain safe, organized work areas.
