Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across properties. You will supervise technicians and porters, manage make-ready work, and ensure timely repairs and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Property Manager, budgeting for repairs, training staff, and maintaining high standards of property upkeep. Occasional travel between properties is required; EPA certification must be obtained within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• Three years of oversight of maintenance buildings and teams.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification required within six months; Pennrose provides this certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and supervise repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and support center; schedule vendors and orders.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units; ensure units turn within five business days.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs and OSHA regulations.
• Assist in budget development for repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.
