Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings, grounds, and amenities. The role involves performing repairs, completing work orders, and supporting the make-ready process for new move-ins.

The position requires following safety procedures, documenting tasks, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Diagnose defects and perform building repairs per safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory and reorder parts as needed.
• Document service requests thoroughly and maintain records.
• Assist in maintaining grounds and amenities including cleaning and painting.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins with pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor about re-orders.
• Document all maintenance activities and close out requests.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
