Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings and common areas. The role includes handling work orders, preventative maintenance, and daily upkeep to support high-quality rental housing.

You will complete inspections, coordinate with vendors, manage inventories, and document all activities per policy.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares the “make-ready” process for vacant units by completing inspections, creating a punch list, scheduling vendors, and inspecting work.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to properly document and track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs, and related tasks.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
