Job summary

Greystar seeks a skilled maintenance technician to ensure buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. The role covers service requests, preventative maintenance, and cosmetic/ground upkeep across the property.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, managing make‑ready tasks for new move‑ins, maintaining inventory, documenting activities, and supporting cost‑control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• Ability to perform make‑ready and maintenance tasks as described in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling必要 tasks.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor for re‑ordering.
• Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities as needed.
• Support cost‑cutting by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
