Job summary

Pointe at Northern Woods in Columbus seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance and service operations, lead the maintenance team, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient property management. You will drive preventative maintenance programs, respond to service requests and emergencies, manage vendor relations, and uphold life-safety standards while supporting resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
5+ years in maintenance/facilities, preferably multifamily.
2+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
EPA Universal Certification required; OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential units and building systems.
Respond to service requests, unit turns, inspections, and emergencies.
Plan, schedule, and document PM programs and inspections.
Manage vendor work, inventory, and adherence to budget policies.
Coordinate resident notifications and communication with management and residents.
