Job summary

Pointe at Northern Woods in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the property's maintenance and service operations. You will supervise the maintenance team, implement preventative programs, respond to service requests and emergencies, and ensure life-safety and regulatory compliance while protecting asset value.

Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems, scheduling work, managing vendor relations and inventory, and coordinating resident

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in multifamily or property management
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential units, common areas, and building systems
• Ensure timely response to service requests, unit turns, inspections, and emergency repairs
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, and mechanical equipment
• Ensure proper scheduling, documentation and close-out of all service requests, unit turns and inspections
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance programs
• Identify and report mold-related growth, leaks, and high-risk conditions
• Coordinate resident notifications related to preventative maintenance and service activities
