Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in multifamily or property management.
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Ability to clearly document work and use maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential units, common areas, and building systems.
Ensure timely response to service requests, unit turns, inspections, and emergency repairs.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate vendor work and manage inventory and budgeting.
