Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple communities and ensure consistency with company standards.
• Oversee occupancy, revenue growth, expense management, and asset performance across the portfolio.
• Coach community leaders, support talent development, and drive resident experience improvements.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Facilities to optimize leasing and operations.
