Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach teams across multiple sites.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and cross-site collaboration.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, NOI, expenses, and forecasting.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial/operational reports to ownership.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing, and renewal performance across portfolio.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Accounting, Facilities, IT to support operations.
• Oversee capital planning, project execution, and ROI tracking.
• Support marketing initiatives and rent growth strategies.
