Job summary

ResProp Management seeks a Regional Manager to lead operations across multiple apartment communities. You will own post-close asset control, drive operating budgets, forecast revenues and expenses, and mentor PROPERTY MANAGERS to achieve performance goals.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years in third-party property management, 2+ years in multi-site leadership, and a bachelor’s degree, plus proficiency with property systems and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of 3rd party property management experience as a manager
• 2+ years as multi-site or area manager
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university required
• Laptop required for work purposes

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class operational performance to owners
• Own takeover processes and asset control after close
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecast revenues and expenses
• Train and coach Property Managers with regular reviews of financials
• Establish vendor relationships and cost mitigation with maintenance teams
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to generate rentals
• Ensure resident complaints are handled timely and effectively
• Complete quarterly audits and ensure accurate ownership financial reports
