Job summary

Marquette in Chicago, IL seeks a Multi-Site Property Manager to lead and develop several property teams while delivering exceptional resident experiences and maximizing asset value across a portfolio.

The role requires aligning on-site operations with company objectives and partnering with ownership and corporate leadership to drive performance, leasing, and capital projects across two or more properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple residential properties.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and reporting capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach teams to foster growth and succession planning across multiple sites.
• Oversee budgeting, NOI optimization, expense control, and forecasting for the portfolio.
• Handle owner reporting and regular calls; liaise between on-site teams, ownership, and corporate leadership.
• Ensure resident experience, standardization, and operational efficiency across all sites.
• Oversee capital planning, project execution, and ROI tracking.
• Support marketing initiatives and rent growth strategies across the portfolio.
• Champion innovation and monitor portfolio KPIs and strategic initiatives.
• Attend regional Property Manager meetings and participate in Leadership Community events.
