Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Property Management required.
• 10+ years of supervisory and property management experience preferred; 3-4 years of multi-site management preferred.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of property managers at multiple sites and coordinate with Corporate Office.
• Lead annual operating budget development and financial analysis.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee residency applications, leasing documents, move-in/out processes, and rent collection.
• Maintain property assets and coordinate with Engineering on major maintenance issues.
