LyvWell Apartments in New York is seeking an experienced Property Manager to supervise daily operations of a high-complexity multifamily community and related sites. You will manage leasing, renewals, maintenance, budgeting and staff performance to maximize NOI while preserving property standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in supervisory property management, ARM/CPM/IREM certifications preferred, and proficiency in Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of supervisory and property management experience.
• Experience across multi-site properties preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office Suite.
