Job summary

Altea Medical seeks a hands-on Multi Site Practice Manager to oversee our outpatient primary care clinics in Bellingham and Everett. You will direct daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality patient care across both locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient healthcare practice management.
• Experience supervising clinical support and administrative personnel.
• Understanding of outpatient clinic operations and healthcare administration.
• Experience with EHR and practice management software.
• Ability to travel between Bellingham and Everett locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of both outpatient primary care clinics.
• Maintain an active on-site presence at both locations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor patient scheduling, provider schedules, clinic capacity, and patient flow.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and resource allocation.
• Oversee referral coordination and ancillary services.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
