Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Maryland Inc. seeks an Area Manager - Health Center Operations to lead operational performance and service delivery across health centers in Baltimore, Towson, Owings Mills, and Frederick.

You will coach Health Center Managers, ensure quality patient-centered care, and drive financial and strategic objectives. This role requires 5+ years in healthcare operations leadership and 3+ years supervising leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, public health or related field required (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of five years progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Minimum of three years directly supervising healthcare leaders or multi-site ambulatory/clinic operations.
• Active CPR certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across health centers in North/Central Maryland.
• Coach, mentor and develop Health Center Managers.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budget variances; review financial reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, Title X, Medicaid/Medicare; PPFA accreditation.
• Promote patient-centered care and monitor patient satisfaction.
• Support organizational growth and community partnerships.
