Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks an experienced practice operations manager to oversee daily activities across physician locations. You will coordinate front and back office tasks, supervise staff, and drive discipline and performance reviews.

You will contribute to budgeting and monitor revenue cycle metrics, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while partnering with physicians and leaders. Frequent travel to locations is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelorfs degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of bachelorfs degree
• 3-5 years923experience in physician practice setting with 2 years923practice management experience

Responsibilities

• Manages the day to day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and implements approved disciplinary action. Interviews, hires, trains and conducts performance evaluations.
• In conjunction with the director, develops the practice budget. Manages and monitors key financial and revenue cycle metrics, including staff hours, resource allocation, expense budget, patient volumes, and the revenue cycle process.
• Responsible for monitoring patient satisfaction reports, identifying variances from standard, addressing and resolving patient complaints.
• Responsible for quality and performance improvement by monitoring metrics and addressing deficiencies.
• Works collaboratively with physicians, leadership and health professionals to accomplish organization and practice goals.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Requires frequent travel to various practice locations.
