Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a practice/healthcare setting or similar.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of physician practice or ambulatory surgery center.
• Supervises staff, conducts interviews, hires, trains and evaluates performance.
• Monitors financial and revenue cycle metrics and allocates resources accordingly.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and addresses complaints to improve service.
• Ensures quality, performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with physicians and leadership to meet organizational goals.
