Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a capable Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across physician practices. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating front and back office functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize budgets, staffing, and revenue cycles while prioritizing patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years’ experience in physician practice setting with 2 years’ practice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day to day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and implements approved disciplinary action. Interviews, hires and trains staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops and monitors the practice budget in collaboration with the director; oversees staffing, hours, resource allocation and expense budgets.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and addresses variances or complaints; works on quality and performance improvement metrics.
