Job summary

Amazon Grocery Logistics seeks a Multi-Site Leader to drive budget, people development and operational objectives across multiple facilities in Minnesota. You will coach leaders, build bench strength and promote Lean practices to cut costs while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include leading cross-site initiatives, measuring performance, sharing best practices, and partnering with HR, Finance and Safety to secure resources for strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct management in manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgetary, people development and operations objectives across facilities.
• Drive safety, quality and customer experience for multiple facilities.
• Measure performance, provide feedback and hold leaders accountable.
• Share best practices across departments and shifts.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Safety to secure project resources.
