Job summary

Enhance Recruiting seeks a Multi-Site Plant Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for mill and converting operations. The role reports to the General Manager and enforces performance standards, drives safe, efficient, high-quality, and profitable operations, and aligns people, assets, and processes with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, multi-site experience, and strong Lean and KPI-driven performance management, with ERP

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Multi-site plant leadership experience preferred, including mill and converting operations.
Experience leading unionized manufacturing operations is an asset.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple manufacturing sites, including mill and converting operations.
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
Establish and manage plant performance standards including OEE, production capacity, quality, cost, and customer service.
Lead operating reviews with plant leaders to analyze KPIs and launch corrective actions.
Drive data-driven plans to improve production, reliability, quality, profitability, and overall plant performance.
Lead continuous improvement, Lean, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
