Job summary

Amazon seeks a Strategic Multi-Site Leader to oversee budget, people development and operations across multiple facilities in the United States. You will coach leaders, drive safety and quality metrics, and build a strong leadership bench while pushing cost-efficient, scalable processes that align with our customer-obsessed culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean methodologies.
• Experience with full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives and Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plan.
• Responsible for overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of facilities.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable for performance across departments.
• Ensures best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and network.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Ops, Loss Prevention, Safety and other leaders to secure support and resources for projects.
