Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Multi-Site Leader to oversee budget, people development and operations across multiple California facilities. You will coach leaders, drive performance, and build leadership bench strength while delivering scalable, cost-conscious operations.

The role requires strong judgment, decisiveness in ambiguity, and a proven Lean toolkit. You will lead cross-site teams, mentor managers, and ensure safety, quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plan.
• Responsible for overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of facilities.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
• Takes proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and the network.
• Works closely with HR, Finance, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, Safety and other leaders to secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
