Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Multi-Site Leader to drive budget, people development and operations objectives across multiple facilities in the Minneapolis area. You will lead cross-site teams, coach leaders, and build leadership bench strength while maintaining bias for action and ownership.

In this role you will partner with HR, Finance and Ops teams to deliver safety, quality and performance improvements, implement Lean initiatives, and ensure cost-down while meeting customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics.
• Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies.
• Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives meeting/exceeding business plan.
• Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of their facilities.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
• Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
