Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Transportation Manager to lead TOM operations across a key network. You will mentor and coach a dynamic team of Operations and Area Managers, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality, and customer experience metrics are met.

You will own the operational budget, conduct long-range planning (3, 6, 12 months), and coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT to secure resources for critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of direct management experience.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (Lean).
• Experience with full staffing lifecycle (interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions).

Responsibilities

• Lead TOM teams and drive operational excellence.
