The role involves maintaining a safe environment, controlling access, patrolling multiple client sites, and enforcing site regulations. You will engage with employees and guests, report hazards, and respond to incidents with calm, professional conduct.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently. Pre-employment screening is required.

• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature as required for assigned site.

Multi Site Officer - PT

Primary Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Wage Range: $18.00-$19.00/HR

The Multi Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certified.
• Some positions require FA / CPR / AED certifications (training provided by employer).
• Open availability preferred.
