Securitas USA is seeking a Multi Site Officer - PT to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. The role involves monitoring premises, managing access control, and patrolling a variety of locations in Vernon Hills, IL.

You will enforce site regulations, report safety issues, and provide information to employees and guests while using various security devices. The position offers part-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills required.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Driver certified.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises actively, including access control and patrolling multiple locations.
• Enforce regulations for client sites and follow post orders and rounds.
• Provide customer service to client employees and guests; report safety issues.
• Utilize technology devices during shifts and conduct property tours.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and escalation as needed.

Wage Range: $18.00-$19.00/HR

The Multi Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certified.
• Some positions require FA / CPR / AED certifications (training provided by employer).
• Open availability preferred.
