Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Multi Site Officer FT in Dekalb, IL. You will help maintain a secure environment, monitor premises, and enforce site directives for personnel and visitors. This role requires strong customer service and the ability to respond to emergencies with good judgment.

Typical duties include patrolling, post-order adherence, and reporting safety concerns, with opportunities to utilize technology on shift and support a variety of client locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills required.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation across client sites.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to staff and guests.
• Operate technology devices and conduct site tours.

Multi Site Officer FT

Primary Location: Dekalb, IL

Wage Range:$21.00-$22.00/HR

TheMulti Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certified.
• Must be available to work 3rd shift and one other shift - open availability preferred.
