Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Multi Site Officer - PT for Vernon Hills, IL. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment through access control, patrols, and enforcing site regulations for personnel and visitors.

Responsibilities include conflict resolution, reporting hazards, and supporting client needs. Requires high school diploma, strong customer service, and ability to work independently. Pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Driver certified; some roles may require FA/CPR/AED training provided by employer.

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Interact with client employees and guests regularly.
• Identify and report safety hazards or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Operate security technology devices during shift.
• Conduct property tours.
• Carry out tasks and duties as required for the site.

Multi Site Officer - PT

Primary Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Wage Range: $18.00-$19.00/HR

The Multi Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certified.
• Some positions require FA / CPR / AED certifications (training provided by employer).
• Open availability preferred.
