Securitas, Inc. in Dekalb, IL is seeking a Multi Site Officer FT to help maintain a safe and secure environment across client sites. You will monitor premises, conduct access control, and patrol multiple locations during 3rd shift.

You must be 18+, have a HS diploma, strong customer service and leadership, and be able to work independently under pressure. Pre-employment screening, driving certification, and willingness to work a second shift are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Driver certification required.
• Available for 3rd shift and one other shift.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Use technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks similar to site duties.

Primary Location: Dekalb, IL

Wage Range:$21.00-$22.00/HR

TheMulti Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certified.
• Must be available to work 3rd shift and one other shift - open availability preferred.
