Securitas, Inc. is seeking a part-time Multi Site Officer in Vernon Hills, IL. You will monitor premises, manage access control, and patrol multiple client sites to ensure safety and compliance with post orders.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, vigilance, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with client teams. Criminal background checks and certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must work independently and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and vigilance during shift.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Driver certification is required for some roles.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prevent and resolve conflicts through de-escalation.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identify safety issues and report hazards or suspicious activity.
• Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Provide information and customer service to employees and guests.
• Use technology devices during shift and conduct site tours.
• Perform other duties as assigned at the site.

Multi Site Officer - PT

Primary Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Wage Range: $18.00-$19.00/HR

TheMulti Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certified.
• Some positions require FA / CPR / AED certifications (training provided by employer).
• Open availability preferred.
