Job summary

Securitas USA seeks a Multi Site Officer in Vernon Hills, IL to help maintain a safe, secure environment for our clients. The role focuses on access control, patrolling multiple sites, and enforcing client site regulations.

The position requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, and solid computer skills. Optimal candidates bring security, law enforcement, or military experience and demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.

Primary Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Wage Range: $18.00-$19.00/HR

The Multi Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certified.
• Some positions require FA / CPR / AED certifications (training provided by employer).
• Open availability preferred.
