Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience; Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Meet the physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to exercise judgement based on multiple information sources; willingness to adopt new solutions; proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to meet applicable standards.
• Review work orders, estimate time and material needs, and maintain inventory and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure building systems like fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing operate within design specs and prescribed environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives; operate company vehicles as needed.
