• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on HVAC and related systems.
• Oversee maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and controls systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain tools/inventory.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations; operate company vehicles.
