Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Knoxville, TN seeks a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and building systems across multiple sites. This truck-based role requires travel between properties within the territory and strong technical know-how with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will document work with CMMS and collaborate with clients to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Universal CFC certification is required.
Experience using CMMS systems for work orders and maintenance management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic mobile devices.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving pumps, motors, air handlers, automation and controls systems, lighting systems, and related equipment.
Complete routine building maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, grounds, and interior repairs.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Utilize CMMS platforms and handheld devices to manage work orders and document repairs.
Travel between assigned properties to respond to service requests and complete scheduled activities.
Collaborate with team members, contractors, clients and occupants to ensure high customer service levels.
